MOKSHA—LIBERATION:

Audio:https://www.dropbox.com/s/26ew0f6uxuc14j4/MOKSHA%E2%80%94LIBERATION.m4a?dl=0

Throughout life, everyone of us has to make constant  adjustments to execute our responsibilities either as a parent, child, spouse, student, teacher, friend, colleague, employee, employer or even as a President ....etc. While performing our duty many times we get agitated, angry, arrogant, argumentative, & possessive; sometimes we compromise our ethics, morality or principles in order to maintain or fulfill our and our loved ones’ needs. Our Consciousness degrades further while dealing with society.

Moksha or Liberation means transformation of our inner-selves to become kind, calm, humble, honest, compassionate, loving & generous...irrespective of our degree, position, wealth, power, fame, religion & nationality. It is about upgrading our consciousness & lifting ourselves from a demonic to divine personality. Our inner happiness is proportional to our divinity & inversely proportional to our demonic nature. The more divine we get, the more happy we become & this makes others also happy....a win-win strategy. Moksha doesn’t mean transportation of the Soul from one planet to another... 😂. It is a higher state of consciousness.

We can enjoy this world fully if our mind gets free or liberated from agitation, anger, envy, greed and possessiveness; which eventually frees up our Soul from this Birth-Death cycle. No Birth means no school, no work, no house & no spouse meaning NO SUFFERINGS...the complete MOKSHA....LOL.😜 😂 😆

In short, my happiness & liberation from the birth-death cycle are dependent on how I live my present life; Moksha or Liberation is here & it is in my hands. Spiritual knowledge/yoga can help us to transform our inner selves & leads us towards MOKSHA.

Here God says in Gita:

Bg 14.20 — When the embodied being is able to transcend these three modes associated with the material body, he can become free from birth, death, old age and their distresses and can enjoy nectar even in this life.

Bg 13.24 — One who understands this philosophy concerning material nature, the living entity and the interaction of the modes of nature is sure to attain liberation. He will not take birth here again, regardless of his present position.

Bg 18.54 — One who is thus transcendentally situated at once realizes the Supreme Brahman and becomes fully joyful. He never laments or desires to have anything. He is equally disposed toward every living entity. Vedabase.com

It is easy to say, but difficult to follow. I am in the same boat with everyone else, or I may even be behind, but thinking in the right direction will help us to go in the right direction.

With respect to everyone’s  values & beliefs, whichever GUIDELINES ( Bible, Quran, Torah, Tripitaka-Buddhism, Agama-Jainism, Guru Granth Sahib-Sikhism, Gita or any other...) METHODS or WAYS work for us are all good.

THANK YOU.

I am inspired to read the Vedic Scriptures by regularly listening to Sri Pandurang Shashtri Athvale and the association of Swadhyay Parivar every Sunday in Swadhya Kendra.

I also hear and read the discourses & literatures on Vedic thoughts from Srila Prabhupada & his disciples… ISKCON (International Society for Krishna Consciousness).
