MIND CONTROL

Our education, professional life, physical fitness, social & family life........ our whole life, society & nation's overall outcome is depend on individual's Mind control.

Mind is like a chattering jukebox full of thoughts and emotions of what we have heard, tasted, smelled , seen and touched. Mind is so restless, very agitated, obstinate and swift rapidly from one thoughts to others faster than light & wind.  Mind in matter of seconds makes haven out of hell and hell out of haven. As a human we are trying to be controller and master of universe, but in reality we are slave of our own mind. In our day to day life controlling  & convincing our mind to do the right thing  is very difficult task.
Bg 6.6 — For him who has conquered the mind, the mind is the best of friends; but for one who has failed to do so, his mind will remain the greatest enemy.
Bg 6.34 — The mind is restless, turbulent, obstinate and very strong, O Kṛṣṇa, and to subdue it, I think, is more difficult than controlling the wind.
How to control our mind?
We have to treat our mind as outsider, 2nd person not a part of our own body just like we treat & reject salesman's mind who try to sell each & every products to us. We should not buy all ideas that's mind proposing to us. We need to stop indulging ourselves actively or passively into shallow sensually pleasure activities.
Mind can not remain empty, so our negative, worldly & mundane thoughts have to be replaced or crowded out by good spiritual thoughts. We need to change habits of our senses. We should develop higher taste for hearing & reading good thoughts, seeing, smelling & tasting good stuff.
We need to change ABCDE of our mind:
A: Association: Association is the key to be successful in any field we require association with like minded cool, calm & collected soul who is on divine path.
B. Books: Hearing, reading & discussing the good literature with spiritual thoughts and scriptures not mundane literature.
C. Chanting mantra: In age of darkness mantra meditation is easy & more effective.
D. Diet: Watch your diet, our body & minds are made up of what we eat. Consume fresh fruits, vegetables and nuts. Avoid frozen & packages products and intoxicants.
E. Exercise: Physical fitness will help us to keep our mental fitness.

There was never, not now or will ever have medicine or machine to control our mind
